Check-in I Never Did

Agents

Flight check-in is one of those things I'd be happy never to do again ๐Ÿ˜€

I'm flying out today on vacation. Yesterday Grok Bot proactively found the airline email in my inbox and suggested checking in.

Usually that means digging up the booking code, clicking through a clunky website, and I tend to do it on the PC because it's often worse on the phone.

I said "do it for me". It went through the process and both boarding passes came back as PDFs in the chat, which I downloaded straight to my phone.

Then I noticed one seat wasn't on the aisle and asked it to switch everything to an aisle. It went back to the site, changed the seat and sent me the new boarding pass.

It's a small thing, but I find it fascinating how these small moments can remove annoying friction.
